So what can we do to help them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The beginning of the buying\nprocess starts with information. People look for information about what they\nare going to buy. They will get that info from friends, colleagues,&nbsp; partners, spouses, and also researching the\nInternet.&nbsp; And researching the Internet\nthey&#8217;ll reach articles, publications, and also potential suppliers web sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe these suppliers will show\ntechnical data and specifications of their products,&nbsp; but this is not enough. The buyers of today\nwant to know what are the experiences others had with these products and\nsuppliers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comfort <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When the buyer decides to acquire\na product he must feel comfortable with that decision. Depending of the product\nhe&#8217;s buying, the size of the deal, and the position of the buyer, there can be\ndifferent aspects that contribute for the comfort of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When buying an ERP system for the\nbusiness, we can have different types of buyers. The Business Owner, the CFO,\nthe CEO, the Board Members, or a mix of all of these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each of these types, different aspects are important.
